  • Do you send invoices with the boxes?
    No, all boxes are sent as a gift and we don't include any invoice & price with it. The recipient will receive a lovely surprise by post! The invoice will be only sent to you by email after you place an order.
  • I couldn't find what I was looking for. How can you help me?
    If you had a browse in our beautiful selection and still couldn't find the perfect gift for you, please email us at and we will do our best to put a customised gift together for you.
  • What is inside each gift box?
    A lot of beautiful and unique items! =) We carefully curate each gift box and we post exactly what you see listed on the product page. On the rare occasion that we are out of stock on a certain item, we will contact you and substitute in an item of equal or greater value at no cost to you.
  • Can I include a personal note?
    Absolutely! All of our gift boxes include a complimentary greeting card of your choice and is offered either blank for you to fill out -or- with a handwritten message of your choice that we personalize on your behalf. When placing your order, please add your message in the box that says "Please write a message for greeting card". If you leave the box blank, we will leave the card for you to fill out. Ah, don't forget to sign your name! =)
  • Will you be adding more products?
    Yes! We are always adding new products to our range. If you have an idea that you would like to see here please get in touch at
  • Can I return my item?
    Due to the handmade and personalised nature of our products, all sales are final. If you would like to cancel or amend an order please contact us before posting. It is your responsibility to ensure that all text i.e. spellings & dates before placing your order. Any breakage that may have occurred in transit MUST be reported within 24h of receipt to be eligible for replacement. Individual items will be replaced on a one for one basis. If you (or the recepient) received the order and are unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know at within 24h and we will work with you to make sure you are completly satisfied.
  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    It usually takes 2-4 working days to prepare an order for dispatch. Parcels are sent via AnPost so please allow an additional 3-7 working days for your item to be delivered to you after dispatched. Once your box is on its way, you will receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on delivery.
  • Can I collect my package?
    Yes, we offer free pick up but only in Dublin. If that's the case, please select "COLLECT" as the delivery method when you checkout. We will then contact you via email to arrange a collection time from our place in North Dublin (Dublin 5/Artane).
  • What if the recipient is not home when the delivery arrives?
    Where the recipient misses the delivery, An Post normally do a few attempts to deliver it on different days. If the delivery is still not successful the recipient is given the option to collect the parcel at their local AnPost office or to have it redelivered to another address. If after all of that, the parcel is still not successfully delivered, it would be returned to us and we can gladly organise a new delivery at an additional postage fee.
  • Returned package
    If a package is returned because the address provided to us was incorrect or because no one was available to receive it, we are not responsible for the cost of posting it again. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and the buyer will need to re-pay the postage costs before we will send the package again.
  • I want to order several boxes to be sent to different addresses, but your website only allows me to enter one address per order. What should I do?"
    Yes, we are aware of this limitation and we are very sorry about that! We are working to improve our website and while this is not possible you can either: 1) place a separate order for each recipient or 2) send us an email with the items you would like to order and the recepients. We will send you a invoice to pay in one transaction. Sorry about that! =)
  • How can I pay for it?
    We offer 3 different types of payment: 1) Debit/Credit Card via Stripe 2) PayPal Checkout 3) Cash Payment This option is ONLY valid for orders that are going to be collected. Note if you select this payment option and a different delivery method (that is not collection/pick up) your order won't be processed. If in doubt, please contact us by e-mail.   • Can I order a sample of the wedding invitation set?
    Absolutely! We strongly recommend that you purchase a sample before placing a full order. Please be aware that personalised items cannot be issued for sample. We will post you one of the examples we have already available.
  • Will I receive a proof before you print the order?
    Once your design is complete, we will send you a PDF proof by e-mail so you can carefully check it for any misspellings and typos, also to ensure that is exactly the way you wish them to be. We will do as many corrections as you need, but once you approve the proofs by e-mail, the final design is your full responsability. We don't print without your full approval. It is your responsibility to ensure that all text i.e. spellings, dates & times etc. are correct before approving proofs.
  • How do I order my wedding invitations and/or stationery?
    Add the amount you would like to order to your cart. We advise you order around 10% more than you think you need in case of unforeseen circumstances. After your purchase is completed, we will e-mail you within 2 working days to discuss all the details (names, dates, venue, wording, etc). Please make sure to check your spam/junk mail.
  • Can I choose my own wording ?
    Yes, you can choose whatever wording you like. You can use our example or provide us with your own wording by e-mail at
