DELIVERY INFO
It usually takes 2-3 working days for your box to be posted as the items are personalised. Parcels are sent via AnPost, so please allow an additional 3-7 working days for your items to be delivered to you.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the handmade and personalised nature of our products, all sales are final. If you would like to cancel or amend an order please contact us before posting.
Any breakage that may have occurred in transit MUST be reported within 24h of receipt to be eligible for replacement. Individual items will be replaced on a one for one basis.
If you (or the recepient) received the order and are unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know at loveinabox.ie@gmail.com within 24h and we will work with you to make sure you are completly satisfied.
